Full Service Property Management
We offer low cost Property Management services (8% of monthly rent). You will receive these specific services:
- Initial move-in checklist and reporting.
- Collection of monthly rents.
- Direct rent payments to owner or deposit in owner’s designated bank account.
- Quarterly property inspections during lease to ensure compliance with lease terms and general property maintenance.
- Arrange legal tenant notices and initiation of evictions, as required.
- Monthly and annual accounting of income and expenses.
- Coordination of tenant requests for all repairs and maintenance.
- Coordination of inspection services (ie City or Section 8 inspections).
- Coordination of contractor repairs/maintenance.
- Preparation of final move-out inspection and closing statement when tenant vacates the property.
